In their quest to create a program grounded in validated best practices, the world's first genuinely inclusive leadership coaching platform envisioned a platform capable of analyzing extensive data and insights from coaches and domain experts. This program aims to equip participants with the necessary tools to achieve their goals.

The client encountered challenges while processing and analyzing diverse sources and formats of data. This was particularly difficult as coaches and domain experts created training/educational content for the platform.

To address this, our Accelerance partner embarked on the initial phase by leveraging the OpenAPI specifications of the client's applications. This enabled them to automate the retrieval of real-time data seamlessly. By harnessing Snowflake's External Functions, they automated the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. The live data was sourced from REST APIs through HTTP requests in the JSON format.

Building on this, they proceeded with data processing, subjecting the raw data through a series of transformations. This resulted in the creation of an aggregated master dataset. The master dataset facilitated efficient SQL-based data consumption. To maintain data integrity, we adopted Snowflake's recommended practice of using immutable data sets. This ensured the implementation of data quality checks and governance processes without compromising the legacy or historical data.

Our partner reconfigured the Power BI dashboard to seamlessly integrate with the newly developed data models and the Snowflake data warehouse. This step facilitated a smooth transition, allowing the Power BI dashboard to leverage the enhanced data architecture provided by Snowflake and the updated data models.

As a result of their efforts, the client achieved digital democracy and significantly eliminated inefficiencies. They were able to consistently utilize insights to transform their content in response to ever-evolving customer needs.
