Tom Cooper

As a leader in our delivery division, Tom is responsible for coaching customers as they leverage global teams to implement incredible software delivery.

Prior to Accelerance, Tom led high performing software and technology projects and teams since the 90's for Fortune 500 companies, tech companies and in startups.

Originally from West Virginia, Tom spent 20 years in the DC metro area, and has been in Charlotte for the last ten years.  Tom is a dad of 8 kids and has been happily married for 25 years.

Tom holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and over his career he has held technical, project management and product management certifications that inform his approach in advising clients.
