Rose Schamberger

Rose brings over two decades of engineering and technology leadership experience across SaaS, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Previously, as the CTO at Intelex, she led global engineering teams focused on digital transformation and building scalable, high-performing software platforms that drive measurable business outcomes.

Her career journey, from professional volleyball player and coach to senior technology executive, reflects her passion for teamwork, resilience, and continuous growth. Before Intelex, Rose held senior leadership roles at Frontdoor, Rockwell Automation, Zebra, Shure, and Motorola, where she spearheaded cloud infrastructure modernization and implemented customer-centric digital strategies.

Rose holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She has also completed executive education in Machine Learning for Business at MIT, Strategic Leadership at the University of Wisconsin, and earned a Chief Digital Officer certificate from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Based in Denver, Rose enjoys hiking, traveling with her family, and volunteering in her local community. She’s also a proud dog mom to Luna.
