Jim Marascio

Jim Marascio spent more than 25 years building software engineering teams, products, and companies. He founded and runs Equals 11, a certified Salesforce consulting partner focusing on post-implementation optimization for existing mid-market and nonprofit Salesforce customers.

Before founding Equals 11, Jim served as the Chief Technology Officer of a retail technology company, as Accelerance's Chief Delivery Officer, as Chief Information Officer of a national retail brand, as Chief Technology Officer of a globally deployed digital signage SaaS platform provider, and Vice President of Network Operations for the world's largest business media company.

In addition to his time with Accelerance, Jim leveraged Accelerance to scale development teams and build software and IoT products while in three of these roles.

Jim began his career as a software engineer working with data-driven applications. He is actively involved on boards and committees for several national and Charlotte-based organizations, including the local Society for Information Management (SIM) chapter and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte's College of Computing and Informatics. He has degrees from Bryant University and the University of Maine, along with certificates from Columbia University and the University of Notre Dame.
