Full Stack Labs is founded by David Jackson and Mike Piccolo in 2013. David, the CEO, manages and directly contributes to many different departments within the company, including recruiting and hiring, marketing and sales, bookkeeping and accounting, tax and legal, and general operations. He takes a hands-on approach to management, meaning David prefers to roll up his sleeves and work directly on projects, instead of managing through meetings, policy, and bureaucracy. Mike, the CTO is directly responsible for the success of Full Stack's development teams. Mike oversees and manages all of our client work at a high level to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with an exceptionally high level of quality.

This is probably the most simple and detailed process I have seen to date. You are working alongside Full Stack's client success team, search for software professionals by location, rate, experience, and technical abilities. It's all tracked within their custom app you have access to. You can view videos of the individuals completing technical challenges, and answering interview questions. Feel free to schedule interviews with selected individuals to determine fit. The process is risk free because you receive a two-week risk free trial for each individual assigned to your team. Full Stack has the ability and proven track record to onboard 50-60 candidates per month so ramping up a team for you is not going to be an issue.

Not to overkill your calendar but a Quarterly meeting will be held with Full Stack's delivery manager and account manager to review the progress of your project.

All within the Platform. Full Stack has streamlined this process to allow you the client the ability to perform your own research on their candidates or simply follow along in the interview process. To date Full Stack has over 200 pre screened candidates ready to work. With 17 recruiters and Operations staff fully dedicated to finding the top talent in Latin America, you cannot go wrong when working with Full Stack.
