Step 2: Screening

• The vendor candidates are screened down using Accelerance processes and procedures to a short list of the top 3 to 5 that best fit your criteria.
• An additional round of screening is used to shorten the list as needed.

Step 3: Selection

• Together we prepare a Request For Proposal (RFP) on how each short list vendor will deliver your specific development center requirements for facilities and talent that will meet your schedule.
• Accelerance checks the references for each global vendor on the short list
• Accelerance leads conference calls with the global vendors to facilitate your evaluation
• Together we visit each vendor site to meet face-to-face and ensure the team, location and facilities are acceptable
• Accelerance prepares a final evaluation report is created with the matrix of vendor scores and reference call results is presented to support your final decision
