Easter Seals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. (ESGW-NRM) is a non-profit organization that is a chapter of both the Easter Seals Disability Services and Goodwill Industries national organizations. ESGW-NRM develops software in their IT department office in Great Falls, Montana that gathers and organizes information in multiple offices in the states of Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming. Applications are used to track donations of items in their stores, sales and case management to comply with state regulations. In some cases, these new applications are replacing inefficient paper-based processes or use of multiple Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheet files.

ESGW-NRM is using offshore outsourcing to save money while building time-saving applications using Microsoft .NET technology.
